Contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number. You don’t need to finish the bottle or prove a health result. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a promise of results.

After your refund
Your purchase is a one-off order. There are no repeat payments to cancel.
Other returns
Other unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened bottles outside the first-bottle guarantee can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
